Isigny Sainte-Mère unpasteurised salted butter.
Made by a farmer-owned cooperative in Normandy from the milk of cows grazed on salt-marsh pastures. The cream is cultured for at least 12 hours and slow churned in small batches for a fresh, delicate flavour. 80% fat.
Ingredients: cream from unpasteurised cow's milk, salt 2%, lactic starters.
